1 Kg Chicken Thigh Fillet
Serve : 4 persons
Method of cooking : Oven or Grill
Ingredients:
- chicken thigh chunks
- lemon juice
- 2 tbs olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 ts paprika or chili powder
- 1 tbs mustard
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 1 ts oregano
- 1 ts Sumac
- 1 tbs plain yogurt
- green peppers cut into large chunks
- onion cut into large chunks
- skewers
Instructions:
Marinade the chicken with all the above ingredients and keep it at the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Thread the chicken , pepper chunks and onion chunks into the skewers
Preheat the oven , place the chicken in the oven until cooked or golden colored or no longer pink inside
