Ingredients:
- Thick slices of Aubergine
- Cubes of potatoes
- Green pepper
- Hot chili pepper
- Tomato sauce
- Minced garlic
- Sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Fry the aubergine , the potatoes and the green and hot pepper
- In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat, stir in the garlic till get yellow
- Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper
- Simmer for 6-7 minutes
- Prepare oven pan, and put all the aubergine, potatoes,the green pepper and top with the tomato sauce
- Place the pan in the oven until cooked about for 20 minutes
